The Euler Totient Function

Definition 2-13 - The Euler  f  function or Euler Totient Function.  I find that there is a very simple way to represent this function in MathCad (it's not built in) and it's based on Equation (2-2) in the book.

This includes a check for 0 because, by convention, f(0) = 1.
